Inbox & Notifications
Stay on top of every customer interaction with the new Inbox & Notifications center. Receive real-time, in-app notifications so you never miss an important update.
Highlights:

Restricted & Tag Based Actions
Introducing Restricted Tags — a new way to control editing access at the tag level. Tags marked as restricted prevent assigned users from making changes while still allowing them to view the tagged records.
Highlights:
- Restrict editing by tag — apply a restricted tag to any customer or record to lock it from modifications
- View-only access — users can still see restricted records but cannot edit, delete, or modify them
- Role-based management — configure which roles can create, assign, and manage restricted tags in Settings > Users > Roles
- Visual indicators — restricted tags are clearly labeled so the entire team knows at a glance which records are locked
To configure restricted tags, navigate to Settings > Users and open role management.
