<p>Introducing <strong>Restricted Tags</strong> — a new way to control editing access at the tag level. Tags marked as restricted prevent assigned users from making changes while still allowing them to view the tagged records.</p>
<p><strong>Highlights:</strong></p>

<li class=""><strong>Restrict editing by tag</strong> — apply a restricted tag to any customer or record to lock it from modifications</li>
<li class=""><strong>View-only access</strong> — users can still see restricted records but cannot edit, delete, or modify them</li>
<li class=""><strong>Role-based management</strong> — configure which roles can create, assign, and manage restricted tags in <strong>Settings &gt; Users &gt; Roles</strong></li>
<li class=""><strong>Visual indicators</strong> — restricted tags are clearly labeled so the entire team knows at a glance which records are locked</li>
